Turin is a unique city where modernity blends with tradition, fun with productivity, historical testimonies with current events. Let’s start the discovery of the city with a tour from Piazza Castello to Piazza San Carlo, with time to go shopping in the many of the elegant shops. We will visit the Royal Palace, the first and most important Savoy residence. We will move towards the Mole Antonelliana, the symbolic monument of Turin, which houses the National Cinema Museum, and towards the Cathedral with the Chapel of the Holy Shroud. We will visit the Agnelli Art Gallery inside the Lingotto, which contains priceless works of art. We will walk inside the Parco del Valentino, inside which a reconstruction of a medieval village has been realized. Just outside the city, we will visit the castle of Agliè, a romantic triumph of elegance, and the Venaria Reale, home to one of the royal palaces-formerly lived by the Savoia Family. You cannot miss a visit to the Church of Santa Maria al Monte, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alps and the city of Turin. We will stop in one of the many famous bars to taste a “bicerin”, a drink made of coffee, chocolate and cream, together with the “bonet”, a sweet amaretti and chocolate.
Departure and goodbye Turin.
